What Can I Sell
- We are accepting FALL/WINTER clothing and shoes sized newborn thru youth 18/20 and Juniors. We will also sell toys, bedding, beds, strollers, swings, highchairs, books, videos, riding toys, bikes ... almost anything in good, usable condition that relates to children!
- WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT accept or sell:
- underwear and socks
- maternity/women's clothes
- stuffed animals (unless they are battery operated)
- car seats, booster seats, breast pumps, bottles, cups
- SPRING/SUMMER themed or lightweight fabrics, swimsuits, sandals/flip-flops
- items priced less than 50 cents
- items on wood or plastic hanges (limited space requires that we only accept wire hangers)
- ONLY good, usable items and currently fashionable clothing will be accepted. We reserve the right to reject and/or remove from the sale any items not meeting this standard. This includes clothing with stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, excessive wear and/or holes.
Preparing Your Items for Sale
- CLEAN your items and clean & Press clothing. This will help items sell.
- Complete a tag for each item. Use your assigned COLORED tags for items you plan to pick up. Use WHITE tags only for items you wish to donate (This will facilitate sorting at the end of the sale).
- Small items may be securely bundled or bagged together and priced as one "item".
- EVERY ITEM must have a tag and the information MUST be repeated on both parts of the tag. This means participant number, description, size, and price all written twice.
- If you do not want an item included in the 1/2 price sale, place an EASY-TO-SEE Red Dot on both parts of the tag.
- Price your items in 50 cent increments only.
- Clothing items must be securely hung on, or attached with safety pins, to wire hangers only! NO straight pins and NO plastic or wood hangers!
- Jeans and pants must be attached to the hanger at the waist bands using safety pins. They should hang straight, allowing easy inspection of knees and seat.
- Two-piece garments must be pinned together on one hanger.
- When tagging items on hangers, the open hook of the hanger should face LEFT when you are looking at the front of the garment. Use a safety pin to secure the tag to the upper, right corner of the garment. This will allow shoppers to quickly see your tag and make a decision!
 |
|
- Shoes must be in zip-lock bags or fastened together with wire ties. If using a bag, tag must be attached securely to the outside of the bag.
- Puzzles and toys with small, loose parts must be contained in zip-lock bags. Attach the tag to the outside of the bag
WE WILL NOT SELL ANY ITEM WITHOUT A TAG! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST TAGS OR ITEMS! So, please secure your tags well!
