Kingdom Quest
A mid-week faith "power surge!"
Our Wednesday evening ministry is designed to be a place where children can seek the kingdom and meet their King! We have ministry ambassadors waiting to welcome you at both locations ... just stop by a few minutes early and we will help you and your family find your place!
We follow the Knox Country school schedule.
Age Group - Where & When - What we do
Preschool (age 3 by 9/30/10 - pre-K and potty trained) - North Campus
6:30-7:30 pm - Our preschool children will meet heroes of the Bible...and will learn that they can be "heroes" too! Lots of learning, laughter, and love.
Elementary - South Campus - 6:30-7:40 p.m. - Each week, our children will collect 2 ornaments to create an Advent tradition known as the Jesse Tree. As we count down the days until Christmas, each ornament helps to chronicle God's plan from the Garden of Eden to Christmas!
4th-5th Grade Options: Upper elementary will choose how they wish to spend their Kingdom Quest hour:
- Kingdom Quest Press - create a newspaper with a Kingdom Kid perspective
- Kingdom Kids Drama - prepare a Christmas drama for a December presentation of the Christmas story
- Kingdom Quest - collect ornaments to tell God's story from the Garden of Eden to Christmas
