Outreach

Reaching out to the least, the last and the lost ...

God continually provides a means for each of us to enter into a relationship with Him. He offers physical, emotional and spiritual restoration.  You can be an instrument of His restoration for others by joining Outreach, and serving as God's hands and feet in this world.

The Foundation
We believe that we are called to long-term, relational outreach ministries.  Building a team of support around a family for a season of need allows time and means for true transformation.

The Programs

  • Hope Initiative mentoring and tutoring ministry is our anchor program, which allows us to provide one-to-one attention to each family member in need.
  • The Hope Trust ministry offers budgeting help and financial assistance to families participating in Hope Initiative.
  • One-to-One outreach parties take place in the summer and at Christmas and allow us to retain and/or build a relationship with the families we serve throughout the year.
